Little Explorers Toddler Sensory Play Group is a 4-week sensory play series designed for toddlers (ages 1–3) and their caregivers. Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, each themed class encourages sensory exploration, movement, creativity, communication, and social-emotional development through engaging, hands-on play.

Each week features a new adventure—from Busy Bees to Dinosaur Dig, Beach Bash, and Outer Space—carefully designed to nurture curiosity while supporting your child’s development in a fun, welcoming environment.

Series Registration ($140) includes:

  • Four themed sensory play classes
  • An age-appropriate monthly developmental guide filled with milestones, sensory play ideas, home activities, and Pediatric OT/PT tips
  • Exclusive access to the Little Explorers Learning Community, where families receive weekly play ideas, developmental tips, and ongoing support from Pediatric Occupational & Physical Therapists between classes

The journey into solid foods is an exciting milestone for your growing baby—and your whole family. In this warm, supportive class, you’ll learn how to recognize signs that your baby is ready for solids, safely introduce new foods, navigate common allergens, and explore feeding approaches that help make mealtimes enjoyable and stress-free. We’ll also cover important choking prevention strategies and share practical tips for creating positive family mealtime experiences that encourage confidence, connection, and a lifelong healthy relationship with food.

You’ll gain hands-on knowledge of infant CPR and choking response techniques. Whether you’re a first-time parent or welcoming another little one, this class offers guidance, reassurance, and essential skills to help your family approach this new stage with confidence, joy, and peace of mind.

This strength-focused fitness class is designed for caregivers and their babies (ages 0–1). Enjoy a 45-minute full-body workout that allows you to safely incorporate your baby into movements or use traditional weights for added resistance. The class focuses on building strength, improving energy, and creating meaningful bonding time between you and your little one.

After class, you’re welcome to stay for 15 minutes of community and connection time!

Postpartum isn’t a single stage, and returning to movement shouldn’t look the same for everyone. With just 4–6 participants, this session offers the individualized attention of small group training with the connection and encouragement of moving alongside other moms.

Your trainer will provide personalized cues, modifications, and progressions based on your current strength, symptoms, goals, and comfort level. We’ll focus on functional whole-body strength, core and pelvic floor connection, mobility, stability, and gradually building confidence with movement.
